Yes, so please be sure to bring all the tools you might need for the job! We are a self-service salvage yard, so we do not employ anyone to help pull or transport parts. Our parts are sold at a fraction of dealer cost, so you’ll save money by doing it this way!

The admission fee is to help offset the cost of insurance. Opening our yard to the public requires us to have a very expensive insurance policy in place, so this fee helps to pay for that and keep the yard open and waiting for you to visit!

A core is your old part! We have core charges in place as an incentive for customers to bring back their old parts so we can recycle them! If you buy a part with a core charge, bring your old part back within 90 days and we’ll give you the core money back – no matter what shape it’s in, as long as it’s the matching part!

Cores may be returned within ninety (90) days of the original sale date. You must have your receipt, or the phone number you gave us at checkout. If you paid with a credit card, the same card must be present at the time of the return; otherwise, a store credit will be issued. Cores for wheels must be the same material as the wheels that were purchased (aluminum or steel). If you return a wheel with a tire on it, a tire disposal fee of $5.79 will be charged per tire. Prices are subject to change. Sales tax and environmental fees are applied to all sales.

We usually have between 600 and 700 vehicles in our yard at any time!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, it is next to impossible to keep an inventory of the parts that are left on the vehicles. Since customers are free to pull what they need from any vehicle available, it’s common that parts are pulled from one vehicle and carried off to another or left somewhere else within the yard or office, and the staff isn’t notified.

No problem! Most parts sold come with a 30-day exchange or in-store credit. Tires now come with a 5-day return policy!

You MUST have your receipt (or the phone number you gave us at checkout, which we track in our system), and your parts MUST be marked in the current paint colors in order to make returns or exchanges. No exceptions. All parts may be exchanged or returned for store credit within thirty (30) days of purchase. NO CASHBACK OPTIONS AVAILABLE. Parts must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in. Broken or damaged returns will not be accepted unless they were sold that way. The money for the warranty itself is NON-REFUNDABLE. Tires are sold as-is.

We offer extended warranty options on drivetrain parts, batteries and all other parts except tires. An extended warranty gives you ninety (90) days from the date of purchase to exchange or return a part for store credit only; the warranty charge itself is non-refundable.

We sure do! We pay top dollar for junk cars and trucks, and we offer free towing within 55 miles of our store.

If the car is newer than 12 years old we require a title for the vehicle, and the title must be lien free and in your name, or notarized to you (unless it is titled in a non-notary state). If the car is older than 12 years old then we don’t need a title. We can also accept a current registration from Tennessee in lieu of the title, but ONLY Monday through Friday on non-holidays. We cannot accept a bill of sale.
